About
A career defined by curiosity, adaptability, and the willingness to raise my hand when nobody else knew how.
I came up through creative work — design, marketing, communications. But somewhere along the way, I kept noticing gaps. Processes that didn't exist. Systems that needed building. Teams that needed direction. So I filled them. Not because it was in my job description, but because that's what the work required.
Roles held simultaneously
Oversaw technology infrastructure, software systems, and internal tooling. Bridged the gap between technical teams and the rest of the organization — translating complex systems into workflows people could actually use.
Built and managed HR operations from the ground up — hiring pipelines, onboarding, policy documentation, 401k communications, and employee relations. Designed the materials that made complex information accessible to every level of staff.
Kept multiple departments running in parallel. Coordinated logistics, managed vendor relationships, and built the internal systems that let teams operate efficiently — even when things got complicated.
Every role I've held — whether it was designing a flyer, building an HR policy, or managing a technology rollout — came down to the same thing: understanding a problem deeply enough to solve it clearly. Curiosity got me into rooms I wasn't supposed to be in. Answers kept me there.
I'm always open to conversations about work, leadership, or whatever problem you're trying to solve.
